ORDERING

All prices are subject to 10% Service Charge and 6% or 8% SST where applicable.
If you wish to collect an (one) order on more than one date or time slot or location, you will need to complete a separate order form. This applies to online orders via our social media @thefarm.soiltosoul or website https://thefarmfoodcraft.co/
Upon submitting a form, our team will reach out to you for confirmation and payment. Kindly note that your order is not confirmed until full payment is received. If your order is successful, you will receive an order confirmation, which you should show when you collect your order in store.

MODE OF PAYMENT

We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, cash payment, as well as e-wallet such as DuitNow. Payment is to be made in full upon confirmation of order.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER

To amend your orders, pick up or delivery time slot, please visit our outlet or Whatsapp The Farm at The Sphere at +6011-1000 0009 / The Farm at Subang Parade at +6019-692 1421 , at least 48 hours before your dine-in, pick up or delivery time. All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation of orders are non-refundable.

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER AND DELIVERY OF ORDER

Pick Up: Please bring your receipt when you collect your order.
Delivery and Pick Up: Your order is prepared especially for you. If your order is not collected, The Farm reserves the right to not refund the full payment to cover its costs. The delivery timeframe is only given as an estimate and subject to delays due to severe weather conditions or traffic delays
